Accuracy, accessibility, clear interpretation
The data you possess about your clients is an invaluable source of information about their needs and desires and the needs, desires and profiles of clients you've yet to find. Developing the right structure for you data

It's your data
Our experience shows that data management is most effective and accurate when we are able to hold and manage it at our offices. Naturally, our clients wish to maintain control of their data, so we provide on-line access via secure websites with user-friendly, point-and-click interfaces, or on CD ROM for less time-sensitive areas.

Understanding you data
We have extensive experience in both profiling and profitability analysis for business to business and consumer, using Claritas, or using straightforward SPSS statistical tools.

Explaining the messages to your organisation
After data has been analysed, the next stage is to communicate what it reveals to other areas of your organisation. This must be done in a way that lets people who are not data specialists understand the data and act on it. To make this happen, we have developed visual communications tools, including graphics and maps, that help you communicate the underlying messages clearly and simply.
